Upper part:
Place the product workpiece that needs to be sprayed onto the conveyor system and prepare for painting.
Pre treatment:
By chemical or physical methods, remove impurities such as oil, dust, rust, etc. from the surface of the workpiece, and form a rough phosphating film or other conversion film on the surface of the workpiece to enhance the adhesion of the powder coating. Common pre-treatment processes include degreasing, water washing, rust removal, phosphating, passivation, and other steps.
Spraying:
In the powder spraying room, the powder coating is uniformly sprayed on the surface of the workpiece under the action of an electrostatic field. Operators need to adjust the parameters and spraying angle of the spray gun based on factors such as the shape, size, and material of the workpiece to ensure the uniformity and thickness of the coating.
Drying:
Send the workpiece coated with powder coating to dry and solidify. Loading: Place the product workpiece to be sprayed onto the conveyor system and prepare for coating.

Drying:
Send the workpiece sprayed with powder coating into a drying and curing equipment, and bake it at a certain temperature and time to solidify the powder coating into a film. The drying temperature and time depend on the type of powder coating and the requirements of the workpiece.
Cooling:
After drying, the workpiece needs to be cooled to reduce temperature and facilitate subsequent operations such as unloading and packaging. The cooling method can be natural cooling or forced cooling, such as air cooling, water cooling, etc.
Next step:
Remove the coated product workpiece from the conveyor belt and proceed to the next process or packaging.
